After nearly a decade in the corporate world, I founded Tracy Fox Consulting in January 2024 with a vision for a life filled with greater balance, purpose, and meaningful work that allows me to make an impact while still being present for my family, my husband, and my children.

With 10 years of experience in nonprofit financial management, I bring a deep understanding of the unique financial needs and challenges faced by nonprofit organizations. My experience includes accounting practices, financial management, grant writing, grant reporting, budget development, financial reporting, and accountability. I understand that for nonprofits, financial management isn't simply about numbers; it's about stewardship, sustainability, and supporting the mission behind every dollar.

At the same time, I am equally experienced in supporting for-profit businesses across all stages of business, from entrepreneurs and small businesses building their foundation to established organizations navigating growth, change, and increasingly complex financial needs. I understand that every business is different, and financial systems should be built to support where you are today while preparing you for where you want to go tomorrow.

I am a Certified Professional Bookkeeper, QuickBooks ProAdvisor, and Advanced Grant Writer, with experience supporting both for-profit businesses and nonprofit organizations.

But beyond my credentials, I am a mother, wife, daughter, sister, and friend. These roles have shaped the way I approach my work with compassion, honesty, integrity, and a genuine desire to support the people behind the numbers.

My vision for Tracy Fox Consulting has always been to be more than a bookkeeper. I want to be a trusted partner and compassionate ally, helping business owners and nonprofit leaders navigate the financial responsibilities that can often feel overwhelming or vulnerable.

I specialize in full-cycle bookkeeping, payroll, GST and payroll remittances, grant writing and reporting, budget development and tracking, financial reporting, and nonprofit financial management.
