At Tracy Fox Consulting, we believe business should create more than profit — it should create impact. That’s why through our Profit with a Purpose program, we commit to donating 1% of our annual revenue to a local nonprofit organization each year.
Each year, we select one community partner whose mission aligns with our values and whose work is making a meaningful difference in the lives of those around us. By dedicating a portion of our success back into the community, we’re helping ensure that growth and good go hand in hand.

2026 Charity of Choice
Being a mom is a huge responsibility, especially if you are on your own.
Kaleo Collective is a safe supportive community for single mothers who are determined to build a secure foundation for their lives and, in turn, a positive future for their children. Based in Edmonton, Alberta, Kaleo is a community of empowered single moms building wholehearted families and breaking cycles of abuse and poverty.
Through Kaleo’s Single Mom Resource Course
Women build a new support system and learn the practical tools and strategies to reduce the exhaustion and stress of being a single parent while increasing their financial literacy and knowledge.
Once a week Single Mom Support Group
Empowers single mothers to develop solid friendships, build self-confidence and stop shame-induced isolation in its tracks. This program gives women access to subject-matter experts, including lawyers, psychologists, doctors and social workers, as well as featured single-mom stories!
Kaleo Collective is a registered charity, founded by Executive Director, Layna Haley to uplift single-mother families. The beautiful testimonials speak for themselves.
